TERMS OF USE

This agreement is made between the user (“User”) of the myRota application (“App”) and the developer. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service

• Users can purchase manually created travel itineraries using traveler points.

• Traveler points are only available through purchases made in the Apple App Store.

• Purchased itineraries are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

2. RotaAI Feature

• Users can generate an AI-based itinerary (“RotaAI”) once per day for free.

• This feature is still under development and may not work with 100% accuracy.

• Google Gemini is responsible for generated content; myRota is not responsible.

• RotaAI is currently not offered as a premium paid service.

3. Account and Security

• Users may sign in using email/password, Google account, or Apple account.

• The App does not guarantee 100% security; Users are responsible for keeping their login details safe.

• myRota is not liable for account breaches or third-party attacks.

4. Forum Usage

• Users may ask questions, provide answers, and share content in the forum.

• Users are fully responsible for their own posts.

• Any violation of forum rules, abusive or inappropriate content may result in immediate banning without notice.

5. Payments

• All payments are subject to App Store rules and policies.

• Users acknowledge that App Store’s cancellation and refund policies apply.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Collected Information

• During registration, name, email, profile information, and login method (Google/Apple) may be stored.

• Purchased or favorited itineraries and forum activity are associated with the account.

• Payment information is processed by the App Store, not by myRota.

2. Use of Data

• Data is used to provide a better user experience and secure login.

• AI-generated itineraries via RotaAI are not stored by myRota.

3. Sharing and Security

• Data is never shared with third parties except as required by law.

• myRota takes precautions for account security but cannot guarantee 100% protection.

4. Forum Data

• Forum content may be publicly visible.

• Users are fully responsible for the content they share.

5. Your Rights

• Users may request access, deletion, or modification of their personal data.
