myRota – Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

USER AGREEMENT

This agreement is established between the user (“User”) using the “myRota” application (“Application”) and the developer BURAK BAYRAM (“myRota”). By downloading and using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

  1. Scope of Service and Definitions myRota provides a platform for users to organize their travels. Services include:

Manual Routes: Experienced and optimized travel routes. These routes can be purchased in exchange for directly bought “Traveler Points” or Traveler Points acquired through a subscription. RotaAI (Artificial Intelligence Routes): Allows users to create personal routes with the help of artificial intelligence. Collection: A section where users can track the countries they have visited and collections such as currencies, mugs, and magnets they have gathered. Content: Includes routes, “Things to Know Before You Go” pages, banner images, comments, and all other data. 2. Account and Security

Users can log in with an email and password or via Google/Apple accounts (“Third-Party Login Methods”). Although the Application takes reasonable measures for account security, it does not guarantee 100% security. The User is responsible for the security of their account information and password. myRota cannot be held responsible for account breaches, unauthorized access, or third-party attacks. 3. Account Deletion

If the User deletes their account, all data associated with the account (profile information, collections, favorites, created routes) will be permanently deleted. Upon account deletion, all rights, including existing subscriptions, remaining Traveler Points, and access rights to purchased manual routes, are immediately and irreversibly lost. No refund or compensation can be claimed for these losses. 4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Traveler Points

Users can purchase a Monthly or Annual Subscription to access in-Application features (Collection access, RotaAI usage, etc.). Manual routes and unlimited RotaAI creation rights can be purchased using “Traveler Points.” All payments (Traveler Points and Subscriptions) are processed through the Apple App Store (“Payment Provider”) and are subject to the Payment Provider’s terms. myRota is not responsible for payment transactions, erroneous payments, or technical malfunctions. For all payment-related issues, cancellation, or refund requests, the User must contact Apple directly. Purchased Traveler Points, Subscriptions, or manual routes acquired using these points cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another account under any circumstances. myRota reserves the right to change the price of Traveler Points or their purchasing power (e.g., the number of points required for a route) at any time. 5. RotaAI (Artificial Intelligence) Terms of Use

The RotaAI feature provides route suggestions using third-party artificial intelligence models, such as Google Gemini. myRota does not guarantee that the routes generated by RotaAI will be 100% sound, efficient, error-free, or complete. The respective AI provider (Google Gemini) is responsible for inconsistencies in the generated content (e.g., empty or inefficient routes). Routes created by the User with RotaAI are not stored on servers but directly on the user’s device (phone). If the User deletes the Application, these generated AI routes will also be permanently deleted. myRota is not responsible for this data loss. 6. Content Responsibility and Property Rights

User Responsibility: Information in the Manual Routes offered in the Application or routes created with RotaAI (locations, times, fees, etc.) may be changed, incorrect, or outdated. The User is obligated to check this information before their trip. myRota cannot be held responsible for errors in this information. Comments: Users are not obligated to add comments to programs (routes). However, if a comment is made, all publication and usage rights for this comment are deemed to have been transferred to myRota indefinitely and unconditionally. myRota has the right to use, publish, or remove these comments as it wishes. myRota’s Rights: myRota reserves the right to delete programs/routes created or purchased by Users at any time without notice. In such a deletion, the User cannot claim any refund or compensation.

PRIVACY POLICY  

myRota values user privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

  1. Information Collected

Registration Information: Name, email address, profile information, and login methods used (Google/Apple account information). Application Usage Data: Manually created or purchased routes, favorite lists, check-in information, and comments added to programs. Collection Data: Information added by the user to the Collection section, such as visited countries, currencies, mugs, and magnets. Payment Information: Payment information is not stored by myRota. All payment transactions are processed and secured by the Apple App Store. 2. Use of Data The collected data is used for the following purposes:

To provide secure account login and manage the account. To provide access to purchased content and subscription benefits. To personalize and improve the in-app experience (e.g., Collection tracking). 3. RotaAI Data

Routes created by the User via the RotaAI feature are not stored on myRota’s servers. This data is stored only on the user’s local device (phone) and is lost when the Application is deleted. 4. Sharing and Security

Personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations (court orders, etc.). myRota takes industry-standard measures to secure data but does not guarantee that any system is 100% secure. 5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

The User has the right to access, change, or request the deletion of their personal information. As stated in Article 3 of the User Agreement, when the User deletes their account, all personal data, collections, and purchased content specified in this policy will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
