So it’s exactly 01:47. While browsing YouTube I was showing my friend a Nick Jonas video and old footage of Miley Cyrus. I was asking how my generation got to this state, and then while we were watching one of Nick Jonas’s latest clips, after the ending, I saw this video. It was the only one that stood out. I clicked. I jumped between two opposite poles, that’s how I’d put it.
Then it hit me: do these people really do what they do only for fame, money, prestige? Despite reaching everything they can reach, what is it that makes them stay in such a psychologically intense environment? Then I thought: isn’t this world finite? How can a person really live without believing in a Creator? Or — if God doesn’t exist, what’s our purpose for coming to this world?
Look at the world. Everything has a purpose. Let me give a few small examples. If we taste a fruit we just discovered from scratch, we can call it bitter, sour or sweet, right? Sure, evolution evolution — but who barcoded so many flavors into our tongues? Beyond just fruits and vegetables, we can even taste soil. Imagine you build a robot and define one fruit’s taste to it — that’s the only one it can recognize, right? For everything else it would just throw you an “undefined component” error.
Now think of a plane flying through the air at some many km/h — without a pilot, the end isn’t going to be pretty, right? Meanwhile, the Earth spins around its own axis at 1,670 km/h. Its speed around the Sun is roughly 60 times that of a bullet — 108,000 km/h. So you’re telling me it’s all coincidence, this just happened — okay it happened, then the air became suitable, the vegetation also a coincidence, then evolution happened, ape turned into human, this brain happened, this eye is a coincidence, our nose is a coincidence, our ear that lets us hear is a coincidence, even our kidney that performs who-knows-how-many processes is a complete mistake and coincidence, even the symmetry on a butterfly’s wings is a coincidence. Okay, let’s say I accepted that this many mind-numbing coincidences. So what’s your purpose in this world? Born, live, die? Is it that simple? Do you really think you’re that simple?
I respect everyone’s opinion, as long as they respect my opinion and belief. Money? Better job? Comfortable life? All of it came and went, we lived in the most beautiful way and reached the end. And then — what if at the moment of death you realize God exists and it’s too late? What did we lose by praying? What did you gain by not praying? Think about it. Listen to your reason: this world can’t exist without a Creator. This order, this discipline — even with millions of possibilities, this order cannot be a coincidence. Even with trillions of explosions across billions of phases, the probability of this much order and discipline rounds to one in infinity — no value at all.
Anyway, stay well. The more I write, the more I want to write 😀 Peace be with you.
