99 Tesbih – USER AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT

USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the user (“User”) who downloads the 99 Tesbih application (“App”) and the developer, Burak Bayram (“Developer”). By downloading the App to their mobile device, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
Rights and Obligations of the Developer

The Developer provides a simple digital tool that allows Users to perform dhikr (prayer counting).

The App does not require registration, and no personal data is collected or stored.

Banner ads are displayed on the home screen via AdMob. Users may remove ads by purchasing a monthly, yearly, or lifetime package.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s General Terms and Conditions.

The Developer is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or connection issues caused by third parties.
Rights and Obligations of the User

The User may only use the App for individual and personal purposes.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users between the ages of 13–18 must have parental/guardian consent.

The User acknowledges that the App may require an internet connection and that any internet usage costs are their responsibility.

The content of the App is for informational and personal use only; its use is the sole responsibility of the User.
Payments

The App is free to use. However, ad removal is subject to in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through Apple’s payment system and subject to Apple’s terms.

The User accepts that purchased packages are non-refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY

No user registration is required; no name, email or age is requested.

Only AdMob banner ads are displayed, which are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Ad removal purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

The App does not contain or request any data that could compromise user privacy.
