TERMS OF USE
This agreement is between the user (“User”) of the XOList application (“App”) and the developer. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Service

XOList is a productivity and daily task management app that helps users organize and track their daily goals.

The “My Tasks” section works like a traditional to-do list, while the “XOList” section gamifies task completion using a tic-tac-toe (XOX) system.

Users can create custom tasks, and completed tasks are stored locally on their device each day.

Data Storage and Security

The App does not collect any user data (name, email, device info, etc.).

All information is stored locally on the user’s device only.

XOList is not responsible for any data loss or deletion occurring on the user’s device.

Ads and Purchases

The App displays Google AdMob banner ads on some pages.

Ad personalization and data handling are subject to Google AdMob’s privacy and usage policies.

The developer is not responsible for ad content or third-party links.

Users may remove ads by purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple and follow Apple’s payment and subscription terms.

Apple is responsible for handling payments. No refunds are provided.

Users wishing to cancel their subscription must do so at least 10 days before renewal via Apple device settings.

The App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users use the App at their own risk.

XOList does not collect any personal information such as name, email, or device data.

All tasks and progress data are stored only on the user’s device.

Ads and Third Parties

Ads displayed in the App are provided by Google AdMob.

Ad personalization and related data are handled entirely by Google. XOList is not responsible for these processes.

Purchase Information

Payments for removing ads are processed through Apple.

XOList does not collect or store any payment-related information.

Security

XOList does not share any user data with third parties.

As all data is stored locally, the user is responsible for the security of their own device.
