USER AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between the user (“User”) who uses the “myRota” application (“Application”) and the developer BURAK BAYRAM (“myRota”). By downloading and using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Scope of Service and Definitions
myRota provides a platform for users to organize their travels. The services include:
Manual Routes: Experienced and optimized travel routes. These routes can be obtained in exchange for “Traveler Points” purchased directly or acquired through a subscription.
RotaAI (Artificial Intelligence Routes): Allows users to create personalized routes with the help of artificial intelligence.
Collection: A section where users can track the countries they have visited and collections such as currencies, mugs, magnets, books, stamps, postcards, and playing cards.
Content: Includes routes, “Things to Know Before You Go” pages, banner images, comments, and all other data.
2. Account and Security
Users can log in via email and password or through Google/Apple accounts (“Third-Party Login Methods”).
Although the Application takes reasonable measures for account security, it does not guarantee 100% security. The User is responsible for the security of their account information and password.
myRota cannot be held responsible for account breaches, unauthorized access, or third-party attacks.
3. Account Deletion
Upon deletion of the account, all rights, including active subscriptions, remaining Traveler Points, and access to purchased manual routes, are immediately and irreversibly lost. No refunds or compensation can be claimed for these losses.
Additionally, in case of account deletion, to request the deletion of data such as collections previously entered by the user, contact must be made via the “Feedback” section accessible from the settings icon at the top right of the Profile page within myRota. Deleting the account does not guarantee the deletion of data entered in the Collection and Profile sections.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Traveler Points
Users may purchase Monthly or Annual Subscriptions to access in-app features (such as Collection access, RotaAI usage, etc.).
Manual routes and unlimited RotaAI creation rights can be purchased using “Traveler Points.”
All payments (Traveler Points and Subscriptions) are processed via the Apple App Store (“Payment Provider”) and are subject to the Payment Provider’s terms.
myRota is not responsible for payment transactions, incorrect payments, or technical issues. For all payment-related issues, cancellations, or refund requests, the User must contact Apple directly.
Purchased Traveler Points, Subscriptions, or manual routes obtained using these points cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another account under any circumstances.
myRota reserves the right to change the price or purchasing power of Traveler Points (e.g., the number of points required for a route) at any time.
5. RotaAI (Artificial Intelligence) Terms of Use
The RotaAI feature provides route suggestions using third-party AI models such as Google Gemini.
myRota does not guarantee that routes generated by RotaAI will be 100% accurate, efficient, error-free, or complete. Any inconsistencies in the generated content (e.g., empty or inefficient routes) are the responsibility of the relevant AI provider.
Routes created by the User via RotaAI are stored directly on the User’s device (phone), not on servers. If the User deletes the Application, these AI-generated routes will be permanently deleted. myRota is not responsible for this data loss.
6. Content Responsibility and Ownership Rights
User Responsibility: Information in Manual Routes or routes generated via RotaAI (such as locations, times, fees, etc.) may be outdated, incorrect, or incomplete. The User is responsible for verifying this information before their trip. myRota cannot be held responsible for such inaccuracies.
Comments: Users are not obligated to leave comments on programs (routes). However, if a comment is made, all publication and usage rights of that comment are deemed to be transferred to myRota indefinitely and unconditionally. myRota reserves the right to use, publish, or remove these comments as it sees fit.
myRota’s Rights: myRota reserves the right to delete any programs/routes created or purchased by Users at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the User cannot claim any refund or compensation.
PRIVACY POLICY
myRota values user privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
1. Collected Information
Registration Information: Name, email address, profile details, and login methods used (Google/Apple account information).
Application Usage Data: Manually created or purchased routes, purchased points, spent points, favorite lists, check-in data, profile photo (if added), and comments added to programs.
Collection Data: Information and images related to visited countries, currencies, mugs, magnets, books, stamps, postcards, and playing cards added by the User to the Collection section.
Payment Information: Payment details are not stored by myRota. All payment transactions are processed and secured by the Apple App Store.
2. Use of Data
Collected data is used for the following purposes:
- To უზრუნველ secure account login and account management
- To provide access to purchased content and subscription benefits
- To personalize and improve the in-app experience (e.g., Collection tracking)
3. RotaAI Data
Routes created by the User via the RotaAI feature are not stored on myRota servers. This data is stored only on the User’s local device (phone) and is lost when the Application is deleted.
4. Sharing and Security
Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law (e.g., court orders).
myRota takes industry-standard measures to protect data but does not guarantee that any system is 100% secure.
5. Data Deletion and Your Rights
The User has the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal data.
As stated in Article 3 of the User Agreement, when the User deletes their account, all purchased content is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
