#P50
yes, you can.
Let me first briefly tell you about this project. It was started by an Instagram user with the nickname @nicorauchenwald and is now continued through the account @project50days. We can describe it as a self-improvement and lifestyle-building project.
I began this project after returning from military service, where I went weighing 113 kg and came back at 97 kg. If I’m not mistaken, I started this about 1–2 weeks after my service, so I wouldn’t lose the discipline I had gained there. And for 50 days, I lived with that same discipline and spent a truly fulfilling 50 days.
I documented this 50-day journey in vertical video format and shared it on Instagram Reels. The result was some really great content. Now, I’ll leave you with those videos.

It was a very beautiful, disciplined, and exhausting experience for me. But if I could keep going like this for a lifetime, success could easily become a normal concept. In today’s life, it’s hard to keep our energy at the highest level. However, if we can live positively, knowing that everything is temporary, we can handle this pace. The first priority is convincing the mind. If you are someone who has good control over your desires, I definitely recommend trying something like this. Don’t pay attention to people saying things like “Are you a robot? You’re human! Things happen sometimes.”
Let me give a simple example: before I learned the word burnout, I used to work nonstop. The moment I entered a corporate environment and learned this word, I started to feel like I was experiencing it psychologically. Yet before that, I was doing two or three times the work I’m doing now and could keep going at that pace constantly.
In short—work. As the saying goes, iron that works never rusts.
