YGA, the leadership school praised by leaders. To briefly explain what YGA is, YGA discovers and trains socially conscious leaders for a better world. At the YGA leadership school, which receives 50,000 applications every year, YGA members dream together, design projects together, and bring them to life together. They develop their leadership skills in the field while making decisions and taking responsibility.

In the program, for which Harvard is a Global Partner, today’s leaders are training the leaders of tomorrow. Over 500 YGA Dream Partners, consisting of global presidents of multinational companies, top executives, scientists, writers, and entrepreneurs, dedicate their time, knowledge, and energy for a better world. In the leadership program, training is provided in four groups: primary education, high school, university, and young professionals.

I have submitted my application. During the application, your contact information is collected. Afterwards, you choose one of Turkey’s provinces and make a 10 TL donation (the donation is made to establish a library in that province). Finally, you encounter a few questions about yourself, and then as a last step, a link is sent via e-mail to 3 of your friends so they can comment on you, and they serve as your references.
